Follow these easy to follow daily rituals. The simple daily routines for great health:
- First thing in the morning drink ONE liter of water. Does not matter if you have not brushed
your teeth. The alkalinity of your mouth will help dissolve the alkaline minerals inside your
stomach. - Forty minutes after your meals drink hot water. It dissolves much kind of fatty content
